Prajitura Poloneza (prajtura cu nuca si gem)

Prajitura poloneza este o prajitura simpla si delicioasa. E formata din blat, gem si bezea cu nuca. Pentru blat untul pe care il folositi sa fie minim 80 % grasime. Nu recomand margarina la blat deoarece nu ii da gustul catifelat pe care il da untul. Aceasta prajitura se poate face cu orice fel de gem sau marmelada, din orice fruct . Pentru bezea putem sa prajim putin nucile si dupa aceea sa le macinam. Daca nu aveti nuci puteti folosi alune, arahide, dar sa nu fie sarate.Aceasta minunata prajitura poate fi congelata si pastrata o perioada mai lunga, iar cind avem nevoie de ceva dulce si facut in casa o putem decongela la cuptorul cu microunde, pe pozitia de decongelare, si o putem servi imediat. Daca dorim ca aceasta prajitura sa iasa mai inalta , folosim o tava mai mica. Spor la copt va doresc! Ingrediente: -1 pliculet coaja de lamaie -100 g zahar - pasta de macese sau marmelada sau gem (dupa preferintele si gustul fiecaruia) -esenta de lamaie -1/2 lingurita sare - 2 lingu

Prajitura Negresa mentolata

Pentru prepararea acestei minunate retete de  negrese, aproape  intodeauna, avem ingredientele la indemanain casa. Prepararea acestei prajituri nu dureaza foarte mult si este si simplu de facut.Daca nu va place menta puteti folosi orice alta aroma: coaja rasa de portocala sau lamaie, esenta de rom , apa de trandafiri sau apa de flori de portocal , etc. Singura cerinta este ca untul sa aiba minim 80% grasime.Nu recomand folosirea margarinei deoarece nu are aceeasi savoare ca untul, dar la urma urmei fiecare o poate prepara dupa gustul si placerea sa.  Pofta buna Ingrediente: 320 g.zahar 1/2  lingurita de ulei menta (puteti folosi orice fel de esente sau arome dupa gust) ½ lingurita sare 60 g. cacao 135 g.faina 170 g. unt 3 oua mari Dimensiuni tava 27cm x 20 cm

Prajitura Mirinda cu branza dulce

Aceasta prajitura este o combinatie placuta de pandispan de cacao si branza dulce care se potriveste perfect cu glazura de portocale facuta cu suc mirinda. Reteta este simpla si ingredientele sunt la indemina oricui, asa ca va recomand sa incercati sa o faceti ori de cite ori vreti sa va induclciti cu ceva bun facut in casa . INGREDIENTE: - 60 g. zahar - 1 plic praf de copt - coaja de portocale - sare - 100 g. ulei - 6 galbenusuri - 85 g. faina - 6 albusuri - 2 linguri cu virf cacao - 800 ml mirinda - 2 plicuri budinca vanilie - 200 g. zahar - 250 margarina - 250 g.branza dulce de vaci - Dimensiuni tava 28.5 cm x 24 cm 1. amestecam si cernem faina si cacao 2. adaugam coaja de portocale,praful de copt si sare, amestecam 3. batem galbenusurile cu zaharul pina devin spumoase 4. adaugam uleiul in etape si omogenizam 5. batem albusurile spuma 6. in spuma de albus adaugam galbenusurile amestecam, adaugam amestecul de faina si amestecam, un insistam foarte mult cu amestecatul ca sa nu

PRAJITURA CU BRANZA DE VACI SI BUDINCA Aceasta prajitura de casa este delicioasa, delicata si usoara. Ca multe alte retete de prajituri facute in casa si aceasta este o “mostenire” din timpurile odiosului. Retetele de prajituri sau muraturi se impartaseau fie la coada la alimentara sau faceau “posta” prin colegele de serviciu. Eu am primit aceasta reteta de la o colega de serviciu care a facut-o de ziua ei de nastere si a adus-o la servici. Am “ rupt gura tirgului” cu ea, a disparut cu viteza luminii de pe tavi , toata lumea a fost incintata de aceasta prajitura. De aceea o recomand cu placere la toata lumea. In crema de branza puteti sa adaugati stafide inmuiate in rom, curmale sau smochine, dupa placerea fiecaruia. Pofta buna! INGREDIENTE: - 75 g.zahar - 1 galbenus ou - 75 g margarina la temperatura camerei - ½ lingurita de sare - ½ pliculet praf de copt - 2-3 linguri de lapte - 200 g faina - 150 g zahar - 400 g lapte - 3 galbenuse ou + 1 ou intreg - INGREDIENTE - ½ kg branza dulc

Prajitura cu gris

Prajitura cu gris este o prăjitură care se prepară foarte uşor şi este bună şi pentru copiii mici (in varianta pentru copii nu punem rom). Seamănă cu savarina si se poate servi dupa placerea fiecaruia – cu gem, cu frisca sau cu inghetata. Acest desert este unul foarte simplu, binevenit in zilele in care nu ai prea multe ingrediente in camara, dar parca ai manca ceva dulce…… Ingrediente: - 30 g.unt - 30 g pesmet - 3 galbenusuri - 3 albuse - 140 g zahar - sare - 300 g gris - gem - 125 g zahar - 2-3 linguri rom - 1 litru lapte
