Three-year-olds Darcie and Evie Chapman have been diagnosed with Dravet syndrome, a very rare form of epilepsy, and parents Mark and Natalie must be on permanent watch to prevent their daughters' seizures leading to something more serious.  This week Alan and the team create a garden like no other they've done before.  The team head to Shrewsbury in Shropshire to meet Air Ambulance heroine Gina Constable.  The former nurse's dedication to this vital life-saving service is unprecedented.
